The Open Toe Even Feed Foot (Low Shank), also known as a Walking Foot, features a moving feed system that grips and moves fabric evenly between the presser foots upper feed dog and your machines lower feed dogs. This ensures smooth, precise stitching, especially on difficult fabrics or multiple layers.
Ideal Uses:
Quilting straight lines
Matching prints or plaids
Preventing fabric shifting
Topstitching bulky seams, collars, and revers
Notes:
Not recommended for reverse sewing, side-to-side stitches, or some built-in stitches that require irregular feed dog movement.
