Also known as a walking foot, the Janome Even Feed Foot features a moving feed system that works with the machines lower feed dogs to hold and move fabric evenly. It is ideal for handling difficult fabrics, multiple layers, quilting straight lines, and matching prints or plaids.
This foot is especially useful for topstitching, eliminating uneven stitches caused by bulk or seam allowancesperfect for collars, revers, and other detailed areas. Please note, the Even Feed Foot is not designed for reverse sewing, side-to-side stitches, or certain built-in stitches that move feed dogs in directions other than forward.
