Can be used for waistbands, sleeves, necklines and legbands. It’s shrink resistant and the perfect elastic for wash and wear garments and swimwear. Often inserted in a casing, but can also be stitched directly to fabric. It is machine washable and dryable. 70% Polyester and 30% Rubber.
